Appointments may be scheduled with only a few hours notice. However, it is best to schedule in advance.

Payments are to be made in cash only, unless prior arrangements have been made to charge a massage to your hotel room.

We have a 2-hour change or cancellation policy, or 9 pm the night before if an appointment is scheduled before noon. This policy may be extended on extra busy days such as Valentine's Day, Marathon Monday and others.
